Atlas Concrete Co provides concrete contracting services across the Melbourne metropolitan area, including but not limited to concrete pouring, coloured concrete, stencilled concrete, exposed aggregate, kerb installation, commercial kerbing, and drainage and lintel works. All services are subject to a formal written quote and agreement prior to commencement.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by Atlas Concrete Co are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided and site conditions at the time of inspection. Additional costs may apply if site conditions differ from those assessed, if scope changes are requested, or if unforeseen circumstances arise such as rock, poor soil conditions, or access issues.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your agreement.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
Atlas Concrete Co stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms are provided in each service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, third-party modifications, ground movement, tree root intrusion, or failure to follow our care and maintenance recommendations.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and any materials already ordered or work already completed. Details are provided in your service agreement.
7. Website Use
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, interfere with the website's functionality, or use the website to transmit harmful or malicious content. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Atlas Concrete Co and may not be reproduced without written permission.
